The Lot Layout

Hidden deep within the last of the old-growth forests of far-north Indianapolis, remains an exclusive, private twelve-acre community that transforms the tranquil rolling topography of our native land into the affluent mountain estates of the West and Pacific Northwest.

Welcome to the Ridge on Williams Creek

Through our secured gated entrance, the gently curved roadway winds along Forgotten Creek and crosses towards the Ridge, an elevated plateau that overlooks the famed Williams Creek, taking it’s time, meandering south, forty feet below.

“a home should not just exist to provide shelter, its objective, is to elicit accomplishment”

Aesthetic

Exceptional, estate-quality homes, designed in the style of mountain modern, attribute natural elements of warm woods and stone that coalesce with concrete, steel, and extensive glazing that reveals it’s secrets to nature and connects you to the surrounding land beneath the dense canopy of trees and slowly rippling water. Homesites, while all larger than one acre, will be limited to only seven, to afford an extremely private setting all while still maintaining that strong sense of community, and prime accessibility to the amenities of Carmel and Zionsville.

At the lower elevations, you and your family can enjoy access to the private four-acre nature conservancy, outlining more than a mile of dedicated walking trails, that wind through giant sycamores alongside Williams Creek and encircle two, one-acre ponds. Fish from the pier, kayak along the waterways, or simply wander through one of the cedar, fir, or paper-bark birch groves, and perhaps catch a glimpse of some of our abundant wildlife. Foxes, deer, owls, and red-tail hawks already call this area home, and in keeping with our mountain theme, our park also features the historic timber-frame cabin, brought here around c.1903 by the property’s previous, and slightly more famous, human settlers.
